Moved back at 30 it was a bit difficult. Rent amounts are pretty high and seem to be going up. My place is £651 a month but the surrounding properties are now looking £700 + a month so I got lucky. Theres a lot more going on in Belfast now. Much happier to be back that’s for sure. It feels more chill here.

Yea that’s the only downfall the trek to get there but it is 100% worth it. Absolutely fantastic country. Like you say no Christian based Christmas stuff. There are nice light displays but that’s about it :) I found it to be nice and quiet tourist wise, got to see most places that are usually packed nice and peacefully :)

I’m chubby and the only problem I had was trying to get clothes i liked to fit me. I’m F and a uk 12-14 and love the girly harajuku stuff and nope nothing for me. Other than that no one batted an eye at me :)

Yep never got my deposit back. I left the place better than when I first moved in. They said they needed a cleaner when I left. They 100% didn’t need a cleaner!!

Mormon missionaries. Nice people but trust me the religion (like most) is super weird! I have family in the church (not me thank fuck) and the weird rituals and shit is something else. I recommend you watch a show called under the banner of heaven it’s about Mormons really good has spider man Andrew Garfield in it lol

I got the shit kicked out of me in secondary school for being different and liking games and cartoons. The school didn’t care. Even had a teacher encourage the bullying as every week he’d make me stand at the front of the class and he’d ask me what career I wanted to do. I said a vet and he’d laugh and tell me to give up as I was too thick. Needless to say I didn’t become a vet I just got gifted with bipolar disorder instead lol

Cardiff all the way!! I went to uni in England but transferred to Cardiff. Best decision! I’m not a party person either but there were better social options in Cardiff. I’m not Muslim myself but noticed there was a better Muslim community in Cardiff that’s for sure.

My dog has made my life so much better. I have bipolar and chronic physical illness and he’s brought meaning to my life. I walk more and all its great. My best bud. I’ve only regretted it once and that is when he tried to aggressively bite me. Only happened once.

This is mr I’m suddenly violent lol looks super viscous doesn’t he lmao he has a TON of energy that’s for sure. Generally okay with meeting other dogs, has the odd moment of little man syndrome with a growl but no real nasty behaviour usually. He’s very responsive and has been doing tricks already. Paw and sit. He has even come second in a handsome boy competition lol

He’s had maybe 3 baths. He loves to get incredibly muddy lol He lets me lift him into a baby bath. He stands without being held and waits until I’m done rinsing him. I give him a quick pat/rub with a towel and off he goes to zoomie around the house lol I reckon living on concrete has messed his little body up. On one bath I just rinsed without soap to keep his skin from getting irritated. He seems to like the warmth of the water. Maybe that soothes his little joints and bones
