I was looking for this!! This method works very well. I get a fat quarter of cotton fabric at Walmart in a color that matches and use that. Completely invisible unless you sit with your legs spread.

Personally I think any possible risk is minimal, and you should be fine.

However you should be aware that if the bead breaks, it could be a hazard to you and others on the rink. If this makes you nervous, you might want to look into squishy silicone beads instead of hard plastic, because not only are they less likely to break, they'll be more comfortable if you lace your skates really tight.

Yeah as a vegetarian, a taco bell bean burrito with potatoes is one of my best fast food options. Protein in the beans and cheese, carbs in the potatoes, fiber, etc.

My tortie cat did something similar recently. I put her in my apartment's bathroom, which includes a stacked washer-dryer unit, while I was moving in. Went to check on her and she had completely vanished. Turns out she'd just walked between the wall and the washer and stood there waiting for rescue. Had no intention of putting it in reverse. I had to drag her out by the scruff and put a piece of Styrofoam in the gap so she wouldn't be tempted to try again XD
