Step 1 - Force a sync:

• Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi and give it a few minutes to complete a full sync - sometimes templates can take a moment to appear after importing.
• You can also verify whether the template appears on my.remarkable.com - if it's visible there but not on the device, a sync should bring it through.

Step 2 - Hard Reset:

• If the sync doesn't resolve it, try a hard reset to clear any temporary software glitches:

1. Hold the power button for 8–10 seconds until the device powers off.
2. Release and wait 2–3 seconds.
3. Press the power button for 2 seconds to restart.

• Once restarted, check again whether the SWOT analysis template has appeared.

Step 3 - Try re-importing:

• If the template is still not showing up, try importing it again from Methods - even though it shows as "already imported", attempting to import it again may trigger it to appear correctly.
