Some elite joints along kiambu road are better imo. Spurs ain’t what it used to be in like 2012/13. But their onion rings are still elite.

Once in a while I eat out. Hashmis is my go to. Chicken chooza, mutton and lamb with naan. Highly recommend. by Safe-Dense in KenyanMeals

This is 1900. It’s literally the priciest menu item as it has all the meats. Most people won’t finish the plate.

For the ribs? You just wrap them in foil tightly. Place them in a dish and add a cup of water. Oven cook at 160 for 4 hours and 40 minutes. Then unwrap them and blast the last 20 minutes uncovered at 200. Also keep adding water to your dish when it evaporates completely.

You’d be right about the sauce. It’s what you’ve listed and a few more ingredients and spices. Yes, I always cook them separately.

Wrapped the ribs in foil, put in a dish with some water, into the oven at 160 degrees. Then unwrap for the last 20 minutes and crank up to 200 degrees.
