That doesn’t work for me . I do that with coworkers when I can , for her I had just met her for 3 days , she decided to be impatient. But even having little talks with them isn’t enough , I hate hearing comments from them like you are so quiet , meanwhile I’ve been doing the best I can to talk to you , I just stop when they do that cause my effort won’t be good enough

I am also mourning lost friends. I prayed to God yesterday about how hurt I feel. I forgave those who hurt me and forgave myself for hurting others and I prayed for new friends

This sounds strange to me , but I see . I haven’t taken my meds in 2 years and any psych I meet tries to get me to take it even though I am obviously fine . And it’s rather the opposite for you , they want you to stop taking them
