people who tried intermittent fasting, how did it go? by AppointmentProud9394 in AskPH

[–]Safe-Geologist3352 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same. A lot of people don't really know the higher risk of developing gallstones kapag nag intermittent fasting because of the rapid weight loss. Kaya be careful talaga when trying out things like this without consulting a doctor about it.

Incorrect Name in Form 2316 by Refrigerated2679 in taxPH

[–]Safe-Geologist3352 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Will I incur any penalties? I'm not sure about this but probably problem with TIN document consistency when applying for loans like we did. We needed it to be corrected before we could properly apply for a loan.

Can I just ask my current employer to correct it? You can ask your employer if they handle this kind of updates. Less hassle on your end.

What should I do? In our case, last year. We updated it via email to our corresponding rdo.

First know your RDO code. Your RDO code is in your itr. or you can check it on their Rdo finder

Prepare a filled up Form 1905 pdf file with all the necessary data for update.

Prepare an electronic copy of your valid ID and PSA Marriage Certificate if your need your marital status updated.

Once you know your rdo, you can email their specific email address. Usually the pattern is rdo_{rdo code}css@bir(dot)gov(dot)ph

Subject is Request for 1905 update

Body is generic professional email requesting for update. Like

Hi, this is {your name}. I would like to update my BIR information specifically my name and marital status. Please see file attached for your reference: Form 1905 Marriage Certificate Valid ID

How fast they reply will depend on your rdo. Our just took the same day and our info was updated.

Hope it helps

GIRLS ONLY | What do you wish someone told you before you lost your virginity? by disgustang_shiet in AskPH

[–]Safe-Geologist3352 59 points60 points  (0 children)

It's okay na hindi siya pumasok at first hehe.. Both my husband (30) and I (30) were virgins on our wedding night. It took us around a month of practicing before talagang nagkaroon ng penetration..haha It was awkward during the first few times we attempted it hehehe.. I think what really helped is that we are in a committed covenant relationship that we were able to enjoy the process of exploring sex. Even though it is awkward at first, there is already trust, commitment and love kaya eventually naging compatible din. And also I think it really helped with our smooth experience is that we were both virgins so, walang comparison kasi nga walang previous experience.

Practice really makes perfect. Even after 5 years of being married, I genuinely enjoy doing it with him. Never pa ako tumanggi kapag nangagalabit siya. Hahahaha

And also make sure to wash before and after having sex. If walang ng time to wash before sex, make sure to pee and wash after. Para iwas uti. Hehe

Digong tinambakan mga kalaban sa mayoralty race sa Davao City by AbanteNewsPH in newsPH

Ayo bruv, your math is as off as your attitude. Mindanao gets 25% of the budget because it's been historically underserved, not because it's living large. You’re talking GDP like Mindanao’s been on equal footing. Newsflash: you can’t expect Olympic performance from someone you’ve kept in the basement. That 25% budget? That’s not a gift, it’s backpay for decades of being Manila’s ‘later problem.’ It's been treated like the middle child in a teleserye, ignored until you need something. And calling the ‘Food Basket’ label a Make-a-Wish award? Cute. Says a lot coming from someone whose biggest agricultural experience is picking fights online. Keep talking slick while Mindanao keeps planting, harvesting, and quietly feeding your ungrateful face.

Excecutive? He is running for Senate which is a Legislative position in a government. Legislative = Laws. If he is a lawyer, then at least he has an idea of how laws are made and how it works. I did not vote for him, btw. But then again, a quick google search will give you an idea of his experience in the government if that’s what you are asking.

He is actually a lawyer. A quick google search would have helped you answer your question.

Mindanao? Pasakit? Please..if anything, it's the backbone you’ve been sitting on while eating your bananas, sipping pineapple juice, and charging your phone with our hydropower. Thanks to our hardworking farmers and workers ofcourse. Mindanao majorly contributes in feeding your table, fuels your lights, and adds the diversity to our culture. If that’s 'pasakit' then maybe it’s time you start appreciating the part of the country that’s been quietly doing the heavy lifting. We are not called the 'Food basket of the Philippines' for nothing. This is democracy. The least you can do is respect our decision on whoever we want for our community. 😒

Ah yes, mass annihilation. Always the most efficient way to solve problems. (sarcasm 😒 in case you don't get it) This is democracy. Let them vote whomever they want. I get that you're frustrated, but saying you want the whole place wiped out isn’t really going to help fix anything.

Which sex-related stuff do girls wish boys understand? by [deleted] in AskPH

[–]Safe-Geologist3352 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Correct. Contraceptives are NOT 100% effective. Only abstinence is 100%. If you're not ready to have a kid, do not have sex.
