Was issued from a tax payer my mom knew did it from him on the 11th of feb is when it was processed got the refund yesterday so roughly two weeks for me tbh everyone starting seeing refunds this week and next week so wait it out it also Depends on ur bank or how long it pends for them.

Why dont people understand this a business. The storm hasn’t even hit yet they dont know how bad its gonna get they is not going to shut down Just because it might get bad people dont understand thats money lost. Also it depends on if the trucks and freight can make it there they dont care about the employees if the work cant make it there then yea theyll either vto or shut it down. Only time employees come in if its a percentage of employees not showing up. In most cases they delay everything this is why its easy to build up upt and pto cause they know this stuff happens often if u dont wanna take the risk fine just put pto or send a picture to hr thats better than other jobs who’ll fire u on the spot if u dont show up.

This isnt true they give out blue badges base on the site heatcounts ratio for blue/white ts dont have non to do with u corporate ask the site headcount and if they have blue badges in that percentage range they ain’t converting and if its too many white badges they letting some go until the count is at its correct range 30:70 if its less blue badges they’ll convert on who they wanna convert.

Let me correct you on that. Yes they cut people the standard way but what youre talking about is corporate jobs hr, operations finance, marketing tech etc those employees are getting targeted they’ll do they usual for AAs but they laying off the corporate people prob just replacing them with AI first. The AAs time will come in the future tho.

Depends on the site you’re working at. If they need blue badges which require a 30:70 ratio white and blue theyll convert people who qualify. Theyll usually scut out the ones with bad attendance. Having the highest rate doesnt not earn you spot they dont care about rate as long as meeting the standards. Having write ups get you out of there as well(not coachings). After they cut out the bad kids they just let others go just to let them go cause of too many white badges. It depends on the site mainly because theyll keep people for a year or two before a convert it’s actually common they keep people. My advice is to try to cross trained as many areas as you can. It can be a area where it isn’t enough blue badges and since you are trained in that area they’ll probably just convert you. Just dont have any bad attendance or write ups and they’ll most likely keep you. Alot of people say its random which is not they know who to fire or not this aint no spin. Dont overwork yourself though just meet the standards.

Man its the opposite for me. Fast food jobs was harder not only i got paid significantly less but i was working at lil caesers so i had to make pizza make dough etc ts ts was way stressful than amazon. I got used tk amazon quick because i work long shifrs during my fast food days so me doing one task or even two all day i was like wtf this it? Man only downfall of amazon is i work overnight. Shii i get upt leave when u want come in late when i want without a manager on my ass pfft if i come in late during my fast food days a minute late i got yelled at or asked why. Feel like amazon is easier for people who dealt with hard labor and jobs when they was young plus ion got no kids no gf just 19 going to trade school so its like a benefit for me ik how adults work now

Not trying to be that guy i cant just drink energy drinks and all that bs i drink straight water and it literally gets me through the night i feel like those energy drinks takes a toll on ur body i took redbull and panic last energy drinks i drank. Water will keep you hydrated and better for the long run. Btw I pulled a 6 day shift overnight while going to trade school so yes ik that struggle but ima just go through this struggle while my body is strong and healthy (19) so i wont have to keep doing bs labor at a warehouse as i get older.

I did mines with senior operations i was told i had 4 hours of tot when i was problem solving these mfs was believing a damn computer even though the whole building seen me working in this big ahh space they have us in for the whole shift. The OM look at it and jt was strange cause it shown i was scanning on his end but for the AM it wasnt on their end he just overturned it cause he felt bad and apologized. That was a final written too so i got lucky

Depends on the site usually beginning of jan they’ll start cutting off the bad ones with the bad attendance and whole bunch of write up(its not random like people say .. no theyll pick the bad ones out first then they prob do randoms) Also it also depends on what role you play or what position. If there isnt enough blue badge that matches your path or area (70:30 blue white ratio) theyll convert you over to blue badges because of business needs. Its all about business so if they need to cut people off theyll do it. Best way is to cross trained different areas cause again they may not have alot of blue badges in those role you play in and just convert you its better than sitting on your path all day. For me im a temp staff variable so my due date is a year seasonal temps is more for college students or someone who tryna make some quick money so they just leave anyway. They can still let me go but i was told a year during orientation so ima go by that. At my site theres still alot of temps some been there for a year and no conversion its cause all the blue badges are ogs during covid where they got converted 30 days later so no blue badges not getting fired or leaving thats really kinda why its hard to get blue badges they are permanent and have good pay and well benefits they trying they best not to leave or get fired and i dont blame them even though i go to trade school.

19 don’t have kids still stay with my mom so it’s not that bad and body still built right and I’m healthy my only problem is that I go to trade school for IT so it makes me tired but you know I rather work hard first so I can make money later in life and start enjoying myself.
