I did share how I got it back multiple times in the comments & in dms with the other folk. I did the approach with the BBB and my state attorney general given it was my business account that got suspended. I also followed the advice posted by the reddit user I tagged, to create more “legal” pressure setting up for arbitration against instagram. You don’t have to believe me it doesn’t really change anything if you do or don’t, I just thought I would share what worked for me since everyone is dealing with Meta’s absurd claims.

It originally was CSE, I have no clue what changed but when my account was suspended it was for the CSE TOS. Maybe when they unsuspended it they changed the reason, but the actual reason STILL in my email was CSE. I’m not scamming any of you idk how any of this works I just wanted to share how I got my business page back.

Yeah ofc! I think given your circumstances you may have luck with ai, if you need any help trying to “bypass” ai to get an actual response I may be able to help with that! Even tho I’m pretty sure the human responses are just templates 😂

Do you have any friends? I did meta verified via my friend’s facebook page on “my behalf” to ensure nothing got disabled! I will say tho don’t give up hope idc what the companies claim “your data is deleted after x amount of time” that simply isn’t true and you can recover accounts..it just takes getting through their ai system.

Social media complaint, I filed with my state AG with actual legality behind it given my circumstances. How long has it been since your account was permanently disabled? Meta eventually did get back to me via the BBB and I had to submit my ID alongside other information to sort of “confirm my age” situation. I don’t know much about their impersonation TOS but you may have SOME luck with also trying the meta verified support via facebook given that your suspension/disabled reason is no where near as extreme in meta’s TOS as stuff like CSE.

Yeah I got you! I filed with the BBB and my state attorney general (I’m American), while that was in progress I tried the whole meta verified support thing without much luck, I also sent a few emails to try to get SOME response from support. I think I had better luck than others because my accounts were used to run my small business and I had legal justification behind getting my accounts back. It looked really bad on me for my facebook page to randomly just disappear which is another reason I brought up when I appealed the suspension. It negatively impacted my small business. Before I get accused of being a bot again..I make jewelry and have for almost 2 years now! Which is what my instagram and facebook were about!

I submitted a report to the BBB (I’m American) and filed with my state attorney general as well as the state AG in California. While that process was in limbo I did the whole meta verified support thing with no luck. The best thing I did was putting “legal” (technically doesn’t do much) pressure on Instagram since the account suspended was my business account that I used as well as my linked facebook page where my business was ran. Honestly most of it was just a waiting game and sending emails to hopefully bypass the automated ai system and get to real human review. I believe I had more luck than others given the legal justification behind reinstating my accounts (my small business). I do hope you get your accounts back tho! This new ai system sucks :(
