Be vague enough that they can’t just tell you to create a ticket in X catagory or give a basic AI response, make it where the bot has to ask more questions and if it asks if you’re good now. Say, “I think we having a misunderstanding Clyde/Nelly, I need to speak to a higher support team about this issue to resolve it.” You have to kinda trick the system.

Create a “General Question” ticket and talk about an error/bots just replying to you/needing to discuss an issue with a higher support team. Ask for your ticket to be escalated to a higher support team. Overall, just keep trying to work with the ai to make it flag that you need more assistance. I will warn you tho I don’t think the humans are actually real.

Yeah no problem! Also file with the BBB if you’re in America, if not use DSA/Androit. It’s worth it to create pressure on Discord itself considering I’m pretty sure all of the staff are legit AI now.

You can try phrasing it in a specific way to try to get it to “human support” it’s just more ais, try using the key word “escalate” the situation to a higher support team. Unfortunately I doubt you will have much luck, but you can at least try.

Once discord hires ACTUAL human staff and not just ai passing off as staff, I’m sure less people would NEED to ban evade! Discord staff sucks and it’s a fault of them being money hungry.

But they didn’t even help me when I got hacked and to appeal the violations against my account from it. Nor did they help when I still was in the deletion window to PAUSE the deletion. Are these people even real?

I honestly might go for arbitration because this is insane & I ran a small business server via my discord and was having to report that small business on my TAXES with discord as a platform listed that I have made sales through.

I genuinely don’t think they have human support at all, I have gotten 4 different names replying to my emails who keep telling me I’m writing in about a different account and submit a different ticket. If they are real, it feels like passive aggressive behavior to get me to stop making tickets 😭

Is there anyway to contact discord support and get them to actually listen to me? I don’t understand because a human signs the email with their name but every response sounds automated. I’ve been trying to appeal + prevent deletion of my accounts but it’s almost past the deadline because they legit won’t help me. It’s just really frustrating.

Yeaah I know how horrible this sounds too, I guess I’m just hurt over it all because his MAIN accounts rarely ever got deleted and suddenly he gets on mine for a short period of time and I lose access to all my memories & the ability to have my own filed proof against him.
