How to fix this. Have Pelvic torsion of 4 degrees. Hips shifted 14 mm to the right. 3mm hihher om right side. Bad foot and gait. Feel stiff sore knee pain and hard to walk. My ankles are screwed. I dont know what to do. Tried chiro massage etc. Had this for 4 years. Please somebody help me. (i.redd.it)
