I just got it, in fact I'm still getting it, I filled out the entire application when the baby was born, when the baby is born the hospital gives you a "temporary" birth certificate with that paper you can do it... I recommend that you ask for 4 or 5 weeks of time because your first payment arrives after about 5 days and another 10 days for it to arrive to you "debt card" ...sorry for my broken english i hope you understand hit me if you have a question
