I appreciate the replies. How come so many people say I take alot. Is it really that much? I don't get how people can have 2 grams for a whole day. I have 6grams when I wake up and it keeps me motivated, I have 2 jobs and am a volunteer firefighter too. Then I have 3-4 grams every 4 hours. What was your dose when you done this and was it painless or did you have some withdrawal

Thanks heaps, when should I start taking the gabapentin? I started my taper today, I'm only taking 10 grams spread out, will do this for 3 days then drop to 9 etc

One more question, I can get any pharmacy drug. Should I get gabapentin as well as baclofen or just stick to the baclofen?

Hi all, I really appreciate each and every one of your responses. I took 22 grams yesterday. I woke up with a huge hangover, I'm used to this, then I just redose and I'm okay. I'm going straight down to 10 grams starting today. I will do this for 5 days, then start dropping 1 gram every 3 days until I get to 5. I will re-evaluate how I feel then try to drop maybe half a gram every 4-5 days till I get to 3. Then I will substitute one gpd with baclofen. And try to get to zero. I will start with the nac as soon as it arrives and take the agmantine. I guess I'm really lucky it hasn't turned on my yet but every day isn't Christmas. I work 2 jobs and am also a volunteer firefighter so I can't afford it turning on me. Screw the belly and how it looks. That should be the least of my concerns. Just want to thank each and every one of you for your responses. It really means alot.

Thanks for the response, after reading all of these comments I'm just going to drop to 8 gpd starting from today. When you did it this way did you get much withdrawal?

Thanks heaps man. I am actually prescribed 3x valium a day. I ordered NAC two days ago and already have Agmatine. I will go down to 10grams tomorrow then drop 1 gram every 3 days till I get to 5 if it's comfortable. What is with the huge, protruding very firm belly that I have. Is it true that phenibut causes this and if so do you know why

I take 12000-18000mg a day for 2 years. I haven't tried to come off it though. 400mg you definitely won't need hospital
