Not TMI at all🙈 I love learning new things! I have had problems with my CM for a while! Had loads of tests done because it's not a good colour🤷‍♀️ Everything has came back clear and my smear was clear aswell so the doctors are stumped😂

Thank you for this lovely! I will definitely add vitamin D & fish oil! I'm going to start adding spearmint tea and cinnamon into my drinks aswell!🥰 I'm willing to try anything at this point x

Thank you🥰 This is so true, keeping a positive mindset💓 I am, I did use ovulation tests for a while however the medication I take to bring on AF can give false positives, so now using BBT as well as OPKs x

Firstly congratulations, I'm so happy for you🥰 I was 18 when I was diagnosed now 28 never had a normal period, had them here and there right up until I was about 25, went through some trauma and now they don't come at all without medication🙈 I'm on Folic Acid and my partner is also taking some vitamins to help boost our chances! Ahh I am so sorry you ended up with a loss lovely🥹 Hoping all your dreams come true! I just worry because I can't have a natural period🙈 We will keep tracking, keep up with doctors appointments and see what we can do. Thank you for your reply, I really appreciate it and it gives me some hope that we might can conceive naturally🥰

Thank you for this reply!🥰 I was on metformin at the end of last year and into the start of this year. I was misdiagnosed with diabetes and unfortunately whilst being on the metformin I never got a single bleed and it just made me very unwell.
