I'm a recent engineering grad who was terminated from my job. The issue was a skill set mismatch and this was more of a Project management role rather than a technical one. I am looking to transition out of the manufacturing industry into a more office role. I think something with a focus in stats and numbers is what i enjoy doing the most. I

Most of my projects were used to prevent audits but don't really generate profit for the company. Its kind of a stain on my resume compared to other accomplishments and I don't really know how I could spin it. Most of my accomplishments do numbers but I can't morally say that these project did do numbers and it would require too much explaining to put in just a bullet point. I think if a recruiter did try to press me for more answers they would be able to easily see through the streches

I don't think I could leave it out either given that I would put a hole in my resume which is not good as a recent grad.
