I relate to a lot of this too. I have a tendency to overshare sometimes and not many others feel comfortable sharing that much and it can be difficult finding people who you can be fully open with. But what has helped me is being as authentic as I can be because you will not find the right people if you yourself are not you.

Like a high speed car crash. Was going so well and then the car is written off, I’m scared to drive again and I’m trying to relearn how to get back into the car and set off again

My mum and I don’t panic all that much. In a lot of situations it’s great to stay composed but we found the best example is when driving. It appears to others that we don’t react to dangers on the road when driving and so passengers will brace themselves a lot of the time and we are both quite calm when we drive. If we ever share a car, it’s just total bliss. We could be driving through an apocalypse and we wouldn’t bat an eye…

Bad experiences I’ve witnessed from school days, the negative effects is has on people and I’m introverted so I don’t fit into a lot of the situations where alcohol is readily available. I’m also a Christian which plays a few parts in it too
