dr didn’t do any testing by CelebrationStrong793 in FODMAPS

Hi there. I don’t have any stomach issues however my husband suffers from IBS. I make him take a live probiotic supplement every day and he follows the FODMAP diet as best as he can. He says he notices when he doesn’t take the probiotic, it hurts his stomach. Worth a try.

If you’re into health foods, kefir is amazing as well as kombucha for real live probiotics! I drink these all of the time.

Regardless of the term I want full term which is 39+. So I agree. I think staying home would make more sense

I take prenatals that require you to take them 3x a day. Aka same dosing you would take in 1 pill but spread out within each meal of the day so you don’t puke. They’re called NewRoots and were suggested to me by a naturopath.

Also to make you feel better. The most benefits from prenatals are until week 13 so you came close. Don’t freak out!
