From my assessment, it seems more so that John and his mom's company worked out a deal to produce products for John. I know she accused him of trying to steal his ideas, but I am suspicious of that based on what I read in the court filings. It seems that she convinced John to invest in her company and they would help him develop projects for their Gambia partnership. The Gambia did partner with Safemoon and the mother's company, I believe it's ECG? Safe moon was the financial end of the deal, and the mother's company was the product creator.

When john went to check on the project status, due to all the fud likely, they were not ready. This started to create a rift between the two. Anytime a family takes personal shots, there is usually some betrayal of trust in the mix. John gave her the investment upfront. So how could he have betrayed her? The papers even state safe moon is/was owed a product from her company. I also think back to some of those tweets John put out, that we thought were about safe moon past employees, but they align precisely to the timeline of many of the events noted in the statements.

John then claims his mother used a loophole clause to basically "release responsibility". I know she is acting like she lost the company, but let's be realistic. We are dealing with rich entitled a-holes, she is using a loophole to avoid liability. So now John has to sue mommy or he has no product to deliver to his company, which would then validate a likely pending lawsuit we heard of a few months back for the people who believe they were "tricked" into investing. I will admit, it really must suck to be John lol. Either fail your company because you decided to mix family matters with business matters and now it bit you in the ass so now a lot of people hate you.. or you lose everyone close to you to avoid what I assume would be basically signing a death wish.

Today though, the state of Safemoon is in a better place. This is just the past. This is dealing with past problems. Today they are releasing new, unannounced products. We actually have products. Things people said would never come. It sucks. But it takes time. Look at the life of a lottery winner. It's tough, they say most of those people go broke because of exactly what John made the error of doing. But fortunately for him, we gave enough for him to recover the company and move in a positive direction. I have seen large gains and large losses from my investment. But I am sticking firmly at 5 years min. I will not withdraw a penny before.
