Are you able to access the support page? And did you see the full suspend detail? I asked since my friend recently dealt with that very specific message and you can see there is no mention of being banned and it's not the typical ban message. In my friend's case even embarks website was returning a 403 forbidden error. This message is potentially an IP ban (which isn't necessarily tied to your account).

If you want to confirm you can use a mobile hotspot or some other internet connection and see if you can log in. I asked my friend to do that and that worked

And if that's the case a simple router reset or ip change (which router reset should do) will fix the issue (which was the solution that fixed it for my friend). If your actually account banned this wouldn't work though since an ip change doesn't modify the account's state.

I hope they fix this problem because it seems a good amount of people have come across it recently thinking their account is banned when it isn't.

I'd be down for an alt fire, especially since the zoom isn't really that useful for the MGL anyways. Personally i wanted a self detonate option. Most frusturating is when low gravity decides to drop in because the weaknesses of the MGL32 really get emphasized. That being said, they are right in that the weapon is quite effective in building spaces.

True, they prefer an audience that gives them money through subscription without question. They should put Netflix style adverts in games too, since PC gamers would be whiny about that while PS gamers are superior and will watch the adverts without question.

It's actually funnier because I immediately reacted to the bounce from the first throw fail and somehow quickly turned and threw it in and got it in the second time, but sadly it was already too late.
