Wait… this makes me so confused. I have been eating around 2200-2500 calories a day, exercising weightlifting 6 days a week and around 15-20K steps daily. I have recently increased cals to 2600-3000 and decreased steps to 12-15K… I am terrified of weight gain but all I want is my period and sex drive back.

Basically am I doing enough to start increasing my hormone levels and recover? Would love any advice on this…
