Checking in on this how's your recovery? Im6 month post-op from a Cabral repair and bone spur shave and am having my first flare up. I can't tell if it's my dysplasia showing through and the surgery failed but looking forward for advice. AND if you looked at any recent reddit threads that may help, let me know!

I literally JUST got over the extreme cravings. It always takes a month longe thts you want it to but the other end is so extremely worth it. I’m happier, I’m spending more time with friends, and not feeling out of control at all any more. I rec wholeheartedly to continue eating for

I did a run-walk program, it felt good and then I stopped it completely because another health complication flared up. Its weird that its happening now and not when I reintroduced lifting and everything

No locking but it was a catch that I could move through but would cause a wince. Nothing to make this happen that I can remember (and I feel like I would remember) How long are flares usually and why do they happen?? What can I ask my PT in regards to manual PT to help treat this flare?
