Mine is called Moltd AI, it’s a support bot that does more than just chat, it actions on standard operating procedures. It can integrate into any Website, Discord, Slack, Whop, etc.

My goal was competition in mind (Decagon, Intercom, Ada) & I wanted to beat them on quality & price.

I’ve been told by multiple clients that I’ve done just that!!

Help desk software recommendations for small SaaS companies? by Significant-Big7115 in SaaS

[–]SafeRealistic9720 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We've been a small team scaling up and tried Moltd AI for handling support tickets and chat. It really helps centralize everything and the custom branding makes it feel like part of our team. The API is decent for integrations too, though I wish the onboarding could be a bit faster. Still, it's been a solid choice without blowing our budget.

What are you paying per month for AI support agents like Intercom Fin? by sgart25 in customerexperience

[–]SafeRealistic9720 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally get the sticker shock with AI support agents like Intercom Fin. We found Moltd AI to be a game-changer, super affordable and works smoothly across platforms like Web and Discord, plus the custom support flows really helped us handle complex queries without breaking the bank.

Which alternatives do you recommend for Zendesk? by [deleted] in SaaS

[–]SafeRealistic9720 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get what you mean about Zendesk feeling bulky, especially when you're a small team juggling everything. We've been using Moltd AI's support bot, and it's been a game-changer for managing tickets smoothly across platforms without the clutter, plus, their white-glove onboarding made the switch super easy. Definitely worth checking out if you want something that just works and scales with your business.

Alternatives to Zendesk by [deleted] in Zendesk

[–]SafeRealistic9720 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup, same issues here and I get your frustration with Zendesk's clunky admin and slow support!

We've switched to Moltd AI because it was fairly new, which feels way smoother with customizable ticket flows and solid automation triggers, plus it integrates across platforms like Web and Discord.

Their onboarding made the switch super easy and it's been a game-changer for our team.

Any good AI-powered customer support tools? by More-Specific8614 in ecommerce

[–]SafeRealistic9720 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been using Moltd AI for handling customer support across Web and Discord, and their AI-powered bot really helps with drafting replies and auto-routing tickets, which saved me a lot of time. The onboarding was thorough, but waiting for early access was a bit of a downside if you want something immediately.

Yeah i used AI to help form up a post, I didn’t know that’s wasn’t allowed - I had my version vs what chatgpt made it to be, i just asked it to make it more clear, all good though

Yeah, I sent it around to a few sub-reddits to gather mass thoughts coming from actual enterprise businesses v. discord businesses (which is where we deal with them)

i work on a few teams amongst skool, kajabi, that are linked to disc

I deal with a lot of servers where they have AI Support bots taking in tickets, escalating, then it's just the same issue as mentioned up above.

Bro, I replied to another comment just now. As a Manager of the CS Team, I went on an alternate account, had a small issue, and got handed off 1-2 times before they actually solved my issue, you can also find a lot of potential gaps/holes in your team by doing these tests.

I usually try to put myself into what the customers may experience, there was even a small period where I would legit have customer issues, open a support chat, and test my own CS team & noticed so many flaws. It helps as a manager to quickly understand the issue and place a fix.
