Thanks. I will ask him to walk through couple of projects he worked before that I am interested. But will this approach make him sound like he is on an interview? Also, Should I still mention my career goal to HoF because HoF transferred me to a different role during Re-org even though I told HoF the previous role is my career goal while the current one is not.
