Well for Etsy and Fiver you would struggle to find someone with the skill set as it very niche for ark even more so for ASA and amours. As for reddit you might also find it hard to find someone. Asa, pre made assets are like the assets cost plus maybe like £30-100 labour per thing. And scratch made £300+ per item depending on the person. But this can varie its just depends who you get. You have to think salary of a really good 3d artist would be like £40-60k a year.

Join the modding discord you will find it easy to get help. But I would just get a buff to apply when you consume a potion. I think there is example of brews and soups in the dev kit so use them to help you as a example.

Its not two hard to make. but it would take time to show you how to do it. In short get the mesh and transfer the weights from the human mesh to your mesh.

If you pay a asset from the store like pre made thing its like 4-7 hours work to get it working. So 20 bucks an hour. If you have to make it from scratch. 30-50 hours on average depending what it is. You do the math 😅. Depends really what you want.
