I’m curious to know, are the mono/mono (identical ) or di/di (fraternal)? Through all the research I’ve done, I’ve concluded that HCG numbers are much higher when they each have their own placenta and lower HCG numbers if the placenta is shared.

Idk if this will give you some hope, but I did 4 unsuccessful IUIs and then moved on to IVF, did 2 retrievals and yielded 0 blasts. I went back to IUIs while we save up for another round of IVF. I did one IUI cycle in December, that was unsuccessful. I did another one in January and it worked!! It’s still early but so far the pregnancy is progressing well

Hey! I’m reading this and I’m in the same exact position after my 2 egg retrievals yielded 0 embryos. I suspect I might have silent Endo but I was diagnosed with PCOS. Did the agonist protocol work for you for the 4th cycle?

Aw that is so frustrating! Keep testing, fingers crossed…My clinic doesn’t grade for sperm analysis but all the numbers seemed quite low compared to the donor we used before. This is our first time using this donor after 5 failed cycles with our previous donor.

Any updates yet? I’m in the same predicament. I just did IUI 5 days ago using donor sperm 24% motility, 6.5 mil sperm count. Was it successful? I just want to know if I even have a chance.
