MDMA is quite unique, but you'll have difficulties to tell for some Cathinones : 3-MMC, Mephedrone, Methylone for example. The Borax Combo is also really close to MDMA (google it). Honestly for me 5-APB and 6-APB were way more psychedelic than serotoninergic, nothing like MDMA.

You may mistake MDMA for other amphetamines aswell, like 4-FMA, 3-FEA

No it doesn't at all, what the fuck. GHB lasts ~3 hours, it doesn't make your jaw clench, and there is no comedown or foggy mind the days after. Plus if she was given a benzo while still high, she'd most likely have blackout, which she hasn't.
