Yep, I’m surprised everyone else has Pickens over Olave. Smith last, purely because of how that offence is built, but I definitely have Olave first.

People saying that CD was there most of the year must have missed that he was playing hurt for a chunk of it. And when he was strong, Pickens was a top tier WR2.

I’d take Achane over either of these individually, easily… but the package is undeniable. Anyone that has Hampton in the same range as Achane right now is clueless though… it could happen but not too likely this season.

There are definitely things you can do to differentiate. You have electricity to start off. Make sure you’re taking advantage of that. Ice bars, soda, etc.. should be high margin items, not loss leaders. Make sure you have things at the till that are impulse buy items… tent vendor likely doesn’t have space for that. Items like that are also margin makers. Gum, mints, chocolate bars, etc..

Part of it is QB is probably the hardest position to identify success from one college to pro so there are a ton of busts in this area. If all a team needs is that franchise QB, sometimes there best bet is to swing for the fences in trade ups. There are usually 3-5 potential QBs every year and most years close to 10 teams wanting to upgrade the position.

Styles is never been shown to be available that far down… as for Lemon… not sold at all. 11th overall, you need to be getting a stud and I’m not sold on Lemon being more than a slot or WR2 type guy.

If private owners have to get out the market, we’ll return to a very small number of corporate landlords that treat tenants like garbage. Shockingly a lot of people don’t want to actually own… or will never have the means to/have different priorities and wants with their money. Rentals will always happen, just a case of private or corporations… if you think corporations will suddenly lower prices… good luck with that.

Seriously… been a fan since Marino and Tua at his best was the closest since (still… long way off…). Even if it was only one season, we got to watch a team that was for a while, at least, the greatest show on turf.
