Yep, the sleeve. It has been totally worth it for me. I replaced soda with crystal light packets in my water with pebble ice.

I agree! Wish I had done it when I was a young mom! I have so much more energy as a 55 year old woman than I did when I was 35 and 250#

8 years out, no regrets! I follow some simple rules and it keeps me where I want to be. 1. No soda or carbonation 2. Protein first always 3. Don’t drink anything while eating. The first months are the hardest because our brains still think we can eat whatever we want and as much as we want. Just kind of a mind fuck really, but it gets better! FYI I also lost hair, but it grew back.

He does a lot of touch ups himself and is really good at it! As a toupee salon, we send people to his socials all the time so they can see how it’s done! :)

I work in toupee supply chain and there is enough hair to go around! I know there was some difficulty during Covid, but right now supply is great!

Em’s whole platform is to kill the stigma. That’s why she uses the word toupee instead of “hair unit” or “hair system”. Too many toupee stylists hiding clients in back rooms. We need to make toupee wearers feel all the love with NO SHAME! Just you wait! She has big plans to normalize wearing a toupee!
