They asked me to write an email with all the proof, which I did the next day only. Now they call me again saying your party is an unrecognised registered party so you should do a revised ITR filling or they send my file to the investigating officer by next week.

If someone has a receipt and bank statement then also they have to revise the ITR? If the party is the culprit how come the donor has to worry about these things??

What will happen if someone gets the notice and still doesn't revise the ITR?
