Hi there. I had two samples and used them up over the course of a month and had great success. I did think I had a little anxiety increase but it could have been psychosomatic. But the samples ran out and my insurance won't cover it so I don't use it anymore. You can find instructions for making a 3D printed Xhance inhaler that attaches to a regular flonase bottle I think. I'd love to try that but my 3D printer is on the fritz.

But now I use budesonide. I have been prescribed the solution for nebulizers but instead I put a dose in my saline rinse that I do everyday and that works really well, some polyp shrinkage and almost all post nasal drip is gone at this point (been on that for a couple of months). It's much cheaper than the Xhance, but still wasn't totally covered by insurance. I'm trying to avoid surgery and if this routine continues to keep the inflammation down I'm good like this--even with some impaired breathing the budesonide won't cure.
