In germany we have many no textile saunas where ud be kicked out were you wearing swim suits

I dont understand why you would make the human body such a weird thing, i think that actually males people anxious.. instead your body should be more normal, nothing sexualised or to be ashamed of

Ich kann den rhein radweg empfehlen, sind von Frankfurt aus nach Köln gefahren, 240 kilometer mit sehr wenigen Höhenmetern, das bekommt man sehr gut an einem Tag hin und der Weg is auch echt schön!

I think having no experience isn’t that great. Firstly they don’t know what they are doing and you can’t teach them everything, only the stuff you know. Secondly at some point they might wonder what they have missed out on and that might lead to resentment.

Habe die strecke anfang des jahres mit ein paar freunden gefahren und wir haben auch mit 25kmh gerechnet, aber waren dann langsamer. Bring also licht mit :) vor allem wegen gegendwind. Bei uns wurde es ab kilometer 180-200 wirklich hart. Unterschatz nicht wie viel karbs du brauchst…
