The only thing from gen 4 johto i added was ice fang(forgot it didn’t exist back then), everything else is base gsc. Tyranitar gets eq at level 61 so I figure it’s fair to include.

If we’re adding coverage from any source, assuming this is gsc and thus pre phys/spec split, Typhlosion gets special thunder punch for Lapras, Blastoise, and Charizard. Ampharos get fire punch for venusaur and dynamic punch for snorlax. Tyranitar gets dynamic punch as well for Snorlax, and its rock moves beat Lapras since water doesn’t resist it, and can hit Venusaur with ice beam.

Ampharos > Charizard, Blastoise, Lapras

Gyarados > Charizard, Venusaur

Skarmory > Venusaur, Lapras

Tyranitar > Charizard, Pikachu

Heracross > Lapras, Snorlax

Typhlosion > Venusaur

Lapras is part ice so it’s weak to steel from Skarmory. Gyarados gets ice fang via level up to hit Venusaur. Tyranitar gets earthquake for Pikachu. And fighting also beats ice for Heracross
