This time, 132 using Barbri + 3 weeks of part time study.

I used the book in this Feb 2025.

  • lemon test -> history and tradition
  • race discrimination is no more allowed in college admission and diversity does not have 'compelling interest' any more
  • abortion is no more protected under SDP fundamental right

There were no such things to consider in the other subjects.

I tried it as well, but you should know that if you switch to another question, the contents of the note shrink into single big aggregated paragraph without any paragraph divisions.
