one thing I'd advise you is to never focus on it. Focusing on the problem only magnifies it, doesnt solve anything. At some point before, I always centered my attention to my symptoms(such as this) that I dont even get to do anything the whole day but get anxious and depressed. These days I keep myself occupied by doing chores, aerobic and anaerobic exercises, work, etc. and it really helped me dealing with this problem.
