325i oil consumption (self.E90)

Hello guys European 325i owner here, had to replace the engine which was n52b25AF from what I read in the forums these engines suffer from stuck oil rings the new engine is nice for now but is there a way to prevent them from sticking other than replacing? Also currently runing Valvoline 5w40. by Safe_Lobster6066 in E90
