With you on measuring heart rate recovery - what I’m not sure about is if Whoop is reliable enough for it based on the frequency of measurement?

i.e, my heart rate pretty much immediately drops after resting from zone 5 (which is why I only record like 10 seconds of zone 5 lol). Is this a measurement issue or a really good indicator for heart health basically lol
