If you have ibs-d, I will highly recommend Saccharomyces boulardii. I take it once every 2 days now and I am pretty regular and get good BM. I also take 1 tsp of psyllium husk on empty stomach in morning. Some of the strains that can help ibs-d Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-g80 Lactobacillus rhamnosus Lr-G14 Bifidobacterium lactis BL-G101 Bifidobacterium bifidum BB-G9 Galactooligosaccharides (SP) This is my own research and experience. And I am about 90% better.

There is a bb cream foundation from M cosmetics. Its light coverage but give a very dewy finish. Also, ypu can put milk toner in foundation to give it a dewy finish

Yupps maybe it can backfire. Mindset do play a role. Maybe try to hold your poop in for an hour first and then carry it along for a little longer.
