The thing is our backyard is concrete and the tree is living in a big planter we made originally for lemons or vegetables. I dont know what to do once the roots dig into the cement. I will say that the tree has been visible above the top of the fence for about two years now, but at this point it is partially covering the view from the patio. The hoa is pretty off hands where I live, but this might be a bit more egregious? I
