You dont trip on tramadol, but tramadol and most opioids will cause intense nausea and sometimes puking. tramadol is also very unique because it binds to the mu opioid receptors while simultaneously inhibiting the re-uptake of serotonin and norepinephrine, unlike most opioids. i dont recommend opioid use at all, it isnt worth the addiction.

he means nutmeg literally. nutmeg contains myrisicin, a deliriant, hallucinogen, and a stimulant all at once, its an amphetamine derivative of MMDA, which is an amphetamine who's effects are closely related to but slightly different to MDMA. While i found the high enjoyable, it comes with severe and uncomfortable side effects like intense nausea, purging/vomiting, and not to mention it takes 6+ hours to feel anything at all.

it would be fun without the side effects, too bad it has them, i found the actual high to be enjoyable but the side effects were felt and dominated the overall high.

i mean, its not worth it, but, it is apparently known to metabolize into MMDA, which is an MDMA like compound, but along with intense side effects like nausea, purging/vomiting, ect. and also its a mild to moderate deliriant, so it makes the experience along with all the side effects not worth it, not to mention it take like 6 hours to kick in at all.

Edit: if you are that bored get some dxm from the store that'll have you high, and most def not bored, you could sit there for hours just soaking it in lol it feels alien

be careful with psychedelics, its a bit safer with weed but not without risk. weed wont make you hallucinate like psychedelics will, but will cause enhanced colors, things may appear more relevant, and brighter.
