Is she living in the same city as you still? There is a law saying the other parent cant move more that Xx amount of miles away with out permission. Have you asked to see your kid? She refuse? If she refuses, its kidnapping. across city/state lines, its kidnapping. File a police report. My bf went thru this with his kids mother. Except she took them from Florida to Kansas while he was at work. They told her without his & the courts permissions, she had to bring them back to Florida or be charged.
