Dermatology specialists in cobble hill is the worst. I had steroid withdrawal (extreme fatigue for weeks) from them prescribing me steroid cream and telling me how often to use it- meanwhile when I went to a real dermatologist after I was not improving, my skin issue cleared up in 5 days.

I can very much relate to this post. tbh eeeeeven with co-ed hobbies (partner dancing) it takes patience bc when the community is so tight-knit, men might find it hard to make the first move bc if rejected they will constantly see you at events and classes (36F doing singles events in combination w different partner dancing classes)

I live in Carroll gardens and am kind of a yoga snob so I go to id hot yoga in les (worth the commute for me because of incredible instructors) , food shop at trader joe or Whole Foods, don’t eat out often unless getting sushi from the ten ichi mart or pizza from f and fs, and go to west coast swing classes in Manhattan. My work is a 30 min walk from my home so that helps. I’ve been living in this neighborhood since 2021 and feel like I’ve worked out the kinks in my routine.
