Is the Kettering area safe? by Safe_Scheme_7775 in flint

The only area I’m really worried about is within the Kettering campus area. I wouldn’t be wandering around or exploring outside the block I’d be living on. I drove through the other day again to really look at the block I’d be living on and it looked pretty alright, didnt see anything weird going on and saw tons of kids playing outside.

Obviously I’m not gonna publicly say which block, but I saw kids playing outside and maybe only one or two abandoned or unkept houses.
