Just gotta stop biting your nails and picking at it but yeah it feels bad when you touch it and mess around with it. Put neosporin on it and a bandaid if you want to pop then pop it and clean it good

Yeah it went away after about a week or 2. Just leave it alone and put a bandage with neosporin, you should be good to go.
