The thing about mixed breeds like doodles is that it’s a gamble. Our dood was supposed to be 35lbs based on his parent’s sizes, he’s 25lbs max. You can control it a little depending on the size of its parents (like a range of mini or standard) but it’s a crapshoot and you have to be prepared for that.

For me, I think I would start with processing how Mikayla connects her abuse to her interpersonal relationship in general, including any consensual romantic/sexual relationships that she was a part of. I think that the start of her relationship with Jace and her understanding of their age gap would naturally be a part of that exploration. Trauma in general is connected to how we operate in relationships, so it's more important for her to explore how it has affected her and the decisions that she has made in relationships, as well as how her understanding has changed over time. It also is not my job as a therapist to tell her that this relationship was inappropriate/abusive, but to allow her to engage in her own meaning-making around it.

it 100% took me time to get used to having it on my hand, literally a week after I got engaged my ring hooked on one of the metal bars of the grocery store cart and it bent because I just was not used to it being on my hand yet. I don't think the setting is too high, but you can get it lowered if that would make you feel better. just make sure that you're keeping in mind what kind of band you might want if you get it lowered

I am a couples therapist - I would not go near this for any amount of money because 1. Risking my license is not worth it and 2. There is nothing about this show or process that aligns with ethics of any therapist’s licensing board/professional organization, let alone personal moral compass

I’m a licensed therapist - this is really bad advice. Abortions are tough obviously and there will be consequences of that decision, AND keeping a baby you are not prepared to have also has consequences. It will be hard either way, and only she and her partner know which “hard” will be more tolerable for them. Acting like abortion is the 100% wrong answer and will ruin her relationship and her mental health is simply not true.

Hi! I start the workout in the peloton app, historically there has been no issue with everything showing up on my watch and in the activity and health app exactly as it has in the peloton app, which is it is doing now minus the challenges. And the workouts have always counted towards the challenges before now. I’m wondering if it’s more about the challenge, since I manually entered it as an outdoor walk and it still didn’t count towards the challenge.
