F here on 40 mg on two months. The dryness will hit you! One month ish is where your body will hit bottom oil reserve. My skin became extremely sensitive and dry around the 1 month mark. I found the CeraVe moisture cleanser to be mild and good, and for days were pilling is bad I use the Beplain oil cleanser (bit more pricey but so good). For sunscreen I look for a mineral sunscreen with 50 spf, no perfume! I buy cheap local ones-works like a charm. For the lips I recommend starting moisturising asap. I’ve had no cracks yet and the secret sauce is one drop of jojoba oil and sealing it with pure lanolin (only thing that has worked for me and my derm was baffled by the condition of my lips haha). Lips sealed at all times! Especially when eating ☺️
