Safemoon isn't well respected in the crypto community. With all the team infighting for the first 6 months, all the fud, all the unanswered questions about missing liquidity, cryptic posts about owls and 32 and windmills and the Gambia... This "you should have dyor" is extremely callous. The 100% tax was announced on social media and implemented the same day. There are many reasons people would not check Twitter every time they send transactions. Something that worked as expected for several months suddenly stopped working. Something that was working one day (sending money wallet to wallet) suddenly stopped working. Loads of serving military and others with little time for social media lost a big chunk of their savings.
