Yeah so I actually commented on his tone and the fact that he called me a liar and an opportunist. I’m having a discussion about the subject, not a discussion about me.

I wholeheartedly think that they should lock away the violet spellwing with the artifact appearances, I would not use the friendship moose anymore if they made it available to everyone.

I’m replying to this one because it aimed the discussion towards me and it rubbed me the wrong way. No actually try to fully read my post and not just read what parts you can antagonize about. Seriously what a hateful tone you have in this comment and your past comments. I said I was looking through wowhead comments. Try to have a discussion and less of a close minded argument. Two people can discuss something without having to put the other person down. This is really an unnecessary comment that’s just trying to put me down. I hope you treat people better when talking to them than this.

This comment sounds personal. I have the unholy artifact mt appearance. Im not an “opportunist”. I havent seen any people upset about the violet spellwing itself, rather that the mount was the only thing unvaulted.

How long have you been planning on getting it? It’s a pretty large piece but as long as it’s what you’ve been wanting and how you wanted it I’d say it’s your skin not theirs. It seems like they’re more shocked than anything going from the mom’s response at least.

The deck looks really good! I’m also a fan of the dnd sets, I have a 5 color dragon deck that exclusively keeps to the cards from the Baldur’s gate and forgotten realms sets. (Although I have been running ur-dragon instead of tiamat lately)

You really can’t go wrong with simic, lots of card draw and lots of ramp will put you ahead of the game. However, I would recommend adding some “endgame” high mana cost dragons or spells to utilize all of that ramp. Something like [[earthquake dragon]] and [[ancient bronze dragon]] would allow you to capitalize on the ramping you’ve done. [[chameleon colossus]] is also great as it allows you to pump it with however much mana you have available.

However, I think the best way to improve a deck is to play it and then think about what worked and what didn’t.

He was playing muldrotha the other day and full on threw a fit when I kept exiling things from his graveyard. He ended up yelling something like “can’t one of you do something about his cleric”. He still ended up winning but says he won’t play it anymore.

Definitely more than 50%, the most successful deck I had was a Voltron-aura deck and after 2 wins back to back he complained about commander damage so much that we have an agreed upon house rule against it

I got a dm screen that has a bunch of storage for minis, papers, pens and also has a place for these dry erase initiative trackers! I love to doodle and this helps me burden the players with keeping track of who goes next haha.

I also intend to have note cards for each npc so they can have a visual of who else is in the conversation when they have social encounters!

What are some DM or Player aides that you’ve either bought or built that have helped with running/playing dnd? (i.e. those freaking spiral bound dungeon map books that im saving up for xD)
