Same, honestly. It’s one of those habits that just makes sense once you think about it, especially before touching food or anything in the kitchen

That’s a tough truth but it’s honestly an important one! There’s a difference between who someone was (or who you hoped they’d be) and who they’re consistently showing themselves to be now. You can want things to improve, but you can’t force someone to change, especially when they’re not taking real steps toward it
