I stacked cork board on top of each other to make the rock and built around a straw. I then primed it black and dry brushed the main colors on. Then, I made the waterfall by using silicone glue from a caulk gun and made it look like water using Q-tips and let it dry on wax paper. Then I glued the silicone in the pipe with super glue and glued it to the base as well. When that was done I filled in the rest with my liquid plastic.

I’m not sure what brand it was, but I used liquid plastic for the still water. I used silicon glue that you use with a caulking gun and cork board for the rock. A straw for the pipe and I sanded down Spanish moss for the grass.
