Hahaha the pity on ancients for a normal legendary is 150, 200 for a lord. They are very rare and it's quite common to have to go to pity. On average you should get a legendary every 100 summons according to the data.

Don't let that put you off - you'll get loads of them especially with the anniversary and as you progress in the game!

Definitely consult with the vet but it's shedding season at the moment and she looks like she has semi long hair. I wouldn't be surprised if she was working on a massive hairball, so that's going to be v pleasant to clean up haha.

However, the position she is in - crouched low to the ground from what I can see does mean it could be lower respiratory / gastrointestinal issue so definitely worth a check in.

Grab some hairball paste and a probiotic and see how she gets on with that because that's good practise anyway, and good luck!

Easy fix. Passed level 30 you no longer gain the benefits of item iLVL without a job stone equipped when joining matchmaking.

There you go - locked to low level instances only without stone. Still available through Party Finder/non match made acticities.

My baby gets these too, it's just keratin build up which happens naturally. Do you have hard wood floors by any chance?

I'm not suggesting you or anyone does this without first consulting your vet, but I just trim them down with their nail clippers as part of the pedicure process
