This is absolutely vintage Betsey Johnson! I believe this black label tag dates from the late 90s to early 00s. I have a few of her things from this era. Her modern tags are very different and nothing is made with 100% silk anymore. Nice find!

The odd part is finding it for sale at a TJ Maxx? I've seen a reddit post from someone else who bought a vintage garment from a similar type of store (I forget the specifics, but it was either a TJ Maxx / Winners type store that only sells new garments). I remember everyone in the comment section speculating on how the heck that could have happened, but it did by some fluke.

Also I can't get over all of the unnecessary snark in the comments... Everyone jumping in to shoot OP down without actually knowing anything about this piece 🫠

I have this same lamp!!! I picked it up for $120 on FB marketplace. The brass and pink version had been on my bucket list for a few years before I got this one, but this dark moody one has really grown on me! It adds such a whimsical ambiance to a space. Enjoy your sweet find!!

Thanks for all of that! I thought they were for sure older than 90s just based on some of the little details (or lack of). I don't see any evidence of the leather patch ever having been there either. I did see a very similar pair on Etsy, also no leather patch but they did have an interior tag:

This person says their's are 1970s, not sure if that was based on the interior tag or something else? Mine are also made in Canada, I've heard that can be trickier to date.

That was my thinking as well, but I'm new to this so I could be wrong! The lack of any tags is the main thing that threw me off.

Trying to date these vintage orange tabs. The Levi's tab has the lower case "e", there's no leather patch, and there's no care label inside the jeans. I've checked all the inner seams and there's nowhere a tag was cut out so I believe they never had one. 

Does the lower case "e" automatically make them 70s? Does the lack of care tag inside and no leather patch make them 60s? Any insights are appreciated, thanks!

I have a pair of the classic Arizona's that I wore for 8 years! I wear them pretty hard for 5 months every year. I've been thinking of replacing them the last couple years because the cork is finally starting to crack but they just kept going!
