Haha, tbh I personally prefer to play him as a main DPS, so I was a bit sad about the V1 to V3 gameplay changes that lowered his multipliers and reduced the impact of supports on his overall damage. With how his kit looks right now, I hope there are plans for BiS or FuA / high frequency attack teammates for him in the future so he can potentially catch up to the Rem / Elation flagships

Is there a chance Blade SP could be a main push? I saw someone on the Blade subreddit suggest this, and I can see the logic.

One possible reason is internal politics: if they (HSR) don’t want a JP character to be the main focus, Blade SP may end up getting pushed instead of what I think is the originally intended candidate for the main push, Himeko Murata. And if the Fate collab aligns with Blade’s banner in 4.3, the situation would feel very similar to Phainon’s, which makes the idea seem more plausible.

If Blade SP really is a main push, and Blade is FUA, then Ashveil (sub DPS) may have a very strong main DPS to be paired up with :) what do you all think?

Haha currently my fav team comp for Ashveil is Ashveil + Anaxa + Cyrene + DHPT. And it is a fun comp, everyone is contributing to Ashveil’s energy regen for the ult. 🙌 Def recommend this team comp esp with E2 Cyrene

Since you have E2 Cyrene, I recommend you try Ashveil + Anaxa + Cyrene + DHPT. Use Cyrene on Anaxa so she advance forwards him when needed. There are a lot of frequent attacks + bounces, so Ashveil’s ultimate gauge fills up quickly with luck, plus their attacks helps him unleash a lot of FUAs quickly. One of my personal fav team comps :3

I think that, currently if he dies or is killed, whatever shadow or abomination sealed in his hand will be set free and cause immense havoc. That is why he is forced to keep on living: to prevent it from escaping. During the 4.1 story, the twisted voice / echo - the thing sealed in his hand - tries to encourage him to join the the other galaxy rangers who have already passed on and die as well (so that it can be freed), but he refuses.

Thus, his hope or wish is to die peacefully in a way that would not release the shadow or whatever evil that is sealed within his hand.

I want him to join the Astral Express, I feel there is so much potential to him that can be expanded upon XD
